Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
• Product images are photographed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. This is especially true for handcrafted items where natural fabric and thread variations are part of the craft.
• Chikankari is handmade — each piece may have minor variations in embroidery placement, stitch density, or motif sizing. These are inherent to the craft and are not defects.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — your order is accepted once it is dispatched.
• In the event of a cancellation from our side, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order. We do not offer cash on delivery at this time.
• All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
