Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. All orders are dispatched from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,999
• Orders below ₹1,999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99

Processing Time

Each Savah piece is handcrafted. If the item is in stock, orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 7–14 business days for embroidery and finishing before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use it to track your shipment in real time. If you don't receive a tracking update within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you're outside India and interested in a Savah piece, please write to us at savahlucknow@gmail.com and we'll try to work something out.
